Each piece is created either as a one-of-a-kind item ready to ship, or made to order specifically for you. Because each offering has a different production process, my policies vary slightly by type.

Ceramics (One-of-a-Kind & Made-to-Order)

Ceramic pieces may be either one-of-a-kind works ready to ship, or made to order specifically for you. This will always be noted in the product listing.

  • One-of-a-kind pieces are unique and cannot be recreated.
  • Made-to-order pieces are created just for you after your order is placed.

Because of the nature of this work, all ceramic sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Jewelry (Made-to-Order)

Each piece is made just for you after your order is placed.

I offer a short window for changes:

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun.

After that time, all orders are final once production has started or the piece has shipped.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Jewelry (One-of-a-Kind)

These pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be recreated. Each one is ready to ship as shown.

Because of their unique nature, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order pieces require time to create before shipping.
Production time is approximately 6–8 weeks.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Ready-to-ship pieces are packed and sent from the studio within up to 5 business days.

Each order is carefully packaged so it arrives safely and feels special to open.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

All packages are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. This helps ensure that each order arrives safely and protects both the sender and recipient.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your piece, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can help.

CARE & REPAIRS

Each piece is created with longevity in mind, but handmade work should still be treated with care.

Ceramics should be handled thoughtfully and protected from sudden temperature changes or impact. Pieces with gold luster will naturally soften with time and use, and should be washed carefully by hand using warm soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, and dishwashers.

Incense burners may become hot during use and should be handled with care. Always place them on a stable, heat-safe surface and allow them to cool fully before touching or moving them. By purchasing and using these pieces, the customer assumes responsibility for their safe use and handling.

Jewelry should be stored carefully and removed before activities that may cause damage or excessive wear.

If your jewelry becomes damaged over time, please feel free to reach out. While repairs are not always possible, I’m happy to assess each situation individually whenever I can.
